The colors are all completely fake looking…and a pothole sized pupil hole doesnt help much either. I’m not quite sure why but these lenses dont sit on my eyes right…they shift all the time…which results in blurred vision and I’m not a big fan of seeing the color when
I look left or right. I’m not much of a looking straight forward and never looking around kinda guy…we people seldom like to move our eyes.. The lenses also dry up very quickly. And that is not good for patients with sensitive eyes. My left contact ripped in 3 uses…and my right in the next use…it might be because i ripped it intentionally so I wouldnt have to look at the disappointments anymore. I would NOT suggest these lenses to anyone!..
I’ve never wanted to try color contacts till about two months ago. Once I made up my mind, I started going to various websites, where you can try their lenses on models. I truly don’t know how realistic those pictures are, there seem to be more of a Photoshop colored pictures than a real one. Still it gave me a good idea of what colors I want to try.
So I made an appointment with my ophthalmologist and went there full of hope that I will come out with blue or alternatively green eyes. I should mention that my natural eyes are medium brown. My doctor doesn’t carry another brand so Acuvue 2 Colors was the natural (only) choice, reinforced by the fact that I have successfully worn the Acuvue 2 lenses a couple of years ago.
